We'd already chosen the brand of split system that we wanted, and Oliver was able to determine the capacity (kW) that best suited our application, and without much prompting, he price-matched a quote we'd received from an out-of-area business (we prefer to buy local)Shane arrived as arranged to efficiently and competently complete the installation, and unlike some, took away all the packaging!On the basis of our experience, we thoroughly recommend Globalrez, and encourage other residents of The Hills to deal with them for their Summer air-conditioning needs.

We have used Globalrez for three aircon installs/upgrades of our home over the past 14 years. We have always found Gary, Tom and the whole Globalrez team to be absolutely fantastic, and it was no different with the latest install they undertook, being the addition of two new units to our existing Daikin ’Zena’ split system solution.Our job was relative complex, given that we had a number of specific requirements, primarily to minimize the aesthetic impact of the new units and the associated piping, on our 135+ year old ‘Queenslander’ style weatherboard home.Once again, the Globalrez team did a fantastic job, with at least 5 guys here for almost a full day, getting under the house and in the roof space with the piping, and causing minimal net disruption to the plasterboard where we required the team to put the kitchen unit piping through noggins & joists in wall, thus avoiding the need for external trunking at the front of our home. For the upstairs office the piping was expertly facilitated through the roof space, with the drainage pipe being placed as discreetly as possible, with it funneled under our upstairs deck and into an existing gutter downpipe, all of which was done very professionally with a minimum of fuss.The team were also fantastic in cleaning up all the debris associated with the latest install; which from is quite different to what we have experienced with many other trades over the years! The Globalrez team were very conscientious to avoid any damage or disruption to the remainder of our home whilst undertaking the latest installation. All of the Globalrez team were very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was especially pleasing to see the experienced installers instructing their apprentices on the ‘right way’ to do things (e.g. making sure the underfloor piping was securely fastened to the underfloor joists and out of the way, rather than being left on the ground or loose and hanging).We also wanted to note that on the very rare occasions when we have had issues with our units or the compressor in the past, Gary and the Globalrez team have been extremely quick to respond, getting the relevant matter resolved promptly and efficiently!Overall, we cannot recommend Gary and the Globalrez team highly enough, and thanks again for your amazing work!

Gary, Ross, Tom, Matt and the crew were great to deal with throughout the process. Gary and Ross managed the quotation and adjustments. Tom co-ordinated the site visit and the subsequent scheduling. Matt and the crew were professional; courteous; and efficient.It was a relatively big investment to replace our ducted air-conditioning system, after it had literally burnt itself out. Value for money, Globalrez were excellent for us. Good to work with genuine people with old-school service and work ethic. Highly recommended.

I have been holding back on reviewing since I wanted to be sure the installation delivered as promised for both seasons. After about 7 months we had an issue with the system and reached out for support. For me this is when the true colours of a company come out. Within a few days Gary and. Tom arranged for a technician to visit and resolve the issue on that day - and our system is back up and running well again. After sales support is important. Recommend!

Fabulous A/C Team. Well priced, very clear in terms of options, quote was very detailed. Gary from Globalrez was fantastic when I initially called for a quote, very informative and professional. Gary walked me through which model was needed for my daughter’s unit and then was happy to arrange the install. The young men Gary sent where also professional, polite and respectful of my self and my daughters unit. The install took a couple of hours and once done they checked the aircon was working as it should and then also cleaned up before they left.I couldn’t have asked for a better team to do the job required.More than happy to highly recommend Globalrez to any one looking for a aircon and install, also glad I was able to use a local business.Great job Globalrez and thank you again.Loren

Contacted Globalrez for quote on replacing existing ducted air conditioner.Gary emailed me the quotes and information on what I was after.The quotes were so much cheaper. We went ahead with the Daikin, Air Touch 5 with 6 zones.2 weeks from accepting quote, a team of very professional workmen came, they removed all the old air conditioner, were very clean and protected floors and also vacuumed before they left.Everything was explained how to use the Air Touch and zones.So happy from not only the company but the voice and faces from first to last contact.Thanks again Gary and Team.

We just had our ducted air conditioning system replaced by Globalrez and couldn't be happier with the service end to end. Our inquiry was met with a response within a day and each interaction with those in the office or those that came to do the inspection and subsequent installation has been top notch. The tradesman made the effort to even clean up after themselves which was great. Everything was explained to us in detail so that we could make an informed choice as to what suited us best in terms of performance, quality and budget. I did not mention it until after the installation but both my siblings had installations done in the last year by Globalrez and gave the recommendation. So glad that we have used Globalrez.

Gary was given the lead through MHI, and he called me very quickly, actually the first and only to call. after a discussion on the appropriate unit he supplied a quote which as it turned out was very competitive. Highly professional operation. What a wonderful experience from the start.Gary answered our query promptly and got the ball rolling.We chose the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries product recommended by Gary over its competitors due to its multiple Canstar awards.Installation was a breeze.The initial site inspection by George from LNJ Electrical helped with to put the foundations in place for the new system and also decommissioning our aging split system.On installation day, George and his team were awesome; they were polite, respectful and tidy.They even helped to remove some redundant equipment not related to the installation.We love our new system.It's quiet, versatile and easy to operate.The process was faultless.On time. Our experience with Matt and his team was outstanding. From the quote to installation and handover. The guys were respectful and professional. They were on time and worked incredibly hard to make sure they provided the customer exactly what they wanted. Their quote was as always very competitive and we went ahead with the purchase/install. Within a few days Shane the techo was back to remove our old A/C and install a new Samsung split A/C. We contacted GlobalRez through an online enquiry in early 2023. Within five minutes of submitting my online enquiry, I received a phone call from Gary with the admin team and spoke at length for the appropriate system for my home. Gary gave me sound advice in regards to a new ducted system, and suggested a Mitsubishi Electric system over a Daikin system, (initial plan) which was at a lower price-point with similar specs.From there, Gary provided some more information about the airtouch 5 system that allows us to individually control the temperature and fan speed of our zones. We decided to install this system with our ducted system allowing us to minimise our energy consumption while the system is in use. We then met with Ash who did a site inspection and explained to us exactly where our outlets, sensors and air returns would be placed.Our installation was completed within two weeks of speaking with Gary about our enquiry. The installation team of David, Heath, Logan and T completed our installation in a timely manner, and were also very knowledgeable and tidy. We can't recommend GlobalRez enough and will continue to use their services in the future.

Gary and Globalrez team where excellent from the start to finish. After no-one would quote / give us the time for our under-house ducted air conditioning system (Northern Beaches, Sydney), Gary spent the time to research and quote over the phone, with Ash then ensuring everything was prepared and ready prior to the day (we covered different options and Ash ensured our selection was right). On the day, his team were professional and responsive, installing the system on the same day (it was a big job and took them over 10 hours), as well as removing the old system and ensuring that our unit / system was correctly programmed. From a pricing perspective, Globalrez were very competitively price, as well as doing a good deal with the optional extras we selected. I would highly recommended Globalrez.

Very pleased with the service and quality of communication from Gary, Ash and the lads. We recently moved in to our new home and quickly discovered the AC system was older than me. I sent an enquiry to Globalrez and was called the same day to discuss. Price seemed fair and even when it went up a bit after inspection, i was happy with the explanation. The 4 lads were great to chat to and smashed through a new system with complete new ducting in around 5/6 hours. Definitely recommended.

Submitted an online quote request and received a call from Gary the very next day. Very informative and honest in answering all queries. Shane came out to install and he was beyond professional and extremely efficient, with a high level of attention to detail and care in everything he did. From the very beginning of the process to the end, Gary and the team were fantastic. Not long after I had even requested the quote, I had Gary on the phone asking about the project. I had a written quote, someone come out for a pre inspection, and less than 2 weeks later my ducted a/c was installed. A new Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning system was installed using existing diffusers and ducts but replacing the main unit and circulation fan and dampers. The cost was "appropriate" and the whole job completed by five guys in one day. Excellent job, no mess, no inconvenience, and the system works extremely well - so quiet you can't hear it running. Very pleased

Just amazing and any day would recommend Gary and his team. First half today we had our split systems removed and 14KW Mitsubishi ducted put in. 6am the materials were delivered and dot 7am the staffs were onsite and started working. Gary was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He made a recommendation which we accepted. He arranged for Tom to come at 8am (on time) to confirm assessment and advise. Installation was booked for 2 weeks later. 3 guys arrived 7.30am and they already unloaded and laid out the equipment. They took away the old unit and ducts and installed the new non stop. They were friendly, conscientious and competent - no complaining. The unit & workmanship look great. Kept me informed of any issues I may not have expected. Generally and within 60 seconds you know if a person or company will meet your needs or if you are wasting your time. I needed a new system as my old system had a refrigerant leak and was on its last legs. From the moment Gary answered my call I knew he was the guy to deal with, knowledgeable, polite, informative and within a couple of hours I had a professional quote emailed with a couple of options. I picked the Fujitsu ARTG65 and the following Thursday Matt and Matthew arrived at 7am as detailed previously by Gary. The guys asked for a “walkthrough” and then drop sheets were down and they worked cleanly and tirelessly until completion in late afternoon. An overview of the control panel and a clean-up were there last activities of the guys and in 15 minutes I was sitting in a wonderfully warm house.Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere Gary has the three P’s, Product, Price and Professionalism.

The good experience started with Gary from the operations desk initial call, Gary was able to access plans of my property and give me the best advice as to what would work for my set up and requirements and where units needed to go. The price quoted was already there best price so I didn't have to negotiate for days and what I was quoted was a big saving to other companies also quoting. No payment was required upfront and I received an official quotation with the price and what it included. On the day of the supply and install, the team arrived on time and got on with the job no fuss. The job included a separate electricity supply for the main unit on the North Side of the house which needed to go under the house from the main fuse box. The team completed this to my satisfaction and the job looks exceptionally professional taking into account my preferences. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were professional and jolly throughout the morning. The job was completed in under 4 hours and I was shown how to operate the remotes and what the best settings were to get the most efficient operation out of the new system. The default units installed are considered top of the range and the price was very very competitive. Very happy, thanks to the team at Globalrez.

Had to wait a few days for Tom to do a site visit to go over everything for our ducted inquiry, he got into the roof and said it was possible to get an outlet in a flat roof section that we had been told by others was not possible, he also let us know about a smart system that allowes us to have temperature sensors for each zone, it took a little bit to understand how it worked but we love it now and was definitely worth the money.Tom sent out Nathan and a small crew. Nothing less than professionalism at work! Matt was very thorough in sizing the ducted system. He even helped with the what turned out to be a tricky installation & Gary was helpful with selecting the best unit for the job... and my pocket! The team turned up on time & had a great attitude. They left the site spotless! Its still the early days but so far the system has been performing as expected!

Just had our Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted air conditioning system installed at the beginning of the week. It was a pleasure to deal with Globalrez. From the initial contact with Gary, who provided all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. They were also the only company we contacted that introduced us to AirTouch 4 system, which allowed us to have a temperature sensor in each of our 5 zones and be able to independently set the temperatures. This system also allow us to nominate any zone as the spill zone and be able to change that at anytime. There was no need for a constant zone, which was exactly what we wanted. The installation team were brilliant. Matt came out initially to do the final check and I liked his can do attitude, and nothing was a trouble for him. On the day of installation, they had the whole team on site and were able to complete the work within the day. Even my neighbours were very surprised on them being able to complete a large job like ours within a day. We’re really happy with the finished product and installation A very professional company to deal with.

Need to replace ducted system, who to trust?This place is nearby, nearly five stars from nearly 100 reviews.Called and got Gary in the office, what a friendly bloke, asked about house, told him brand I wanted, emailed back a quote in under 30 minutes including other brands so I could still compare.Matt and team did remove and install, trustworthy bunch, left them to it and went shopping, only half day install, small house.Ran through operation of unit, five year warranty with Mitsubishi heavy industries units, they matched this with their install warranty.Enjoying warm house, great control unit.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. They were outstanding. Two days after an enquiry phone call, Tom and Matt were on site to check what we needed. Then Gary at the office quoted the job quickly and the price was competitive. The install was quick and easy with all the staff on site being courteous and friendly. They cleaned up all the mess of a big job with no fuss and removed all unwanted materials. I had a Daikin ducted airconditioning installed 2 weeks ago. Dealing with the Globalrez team from the amiable Gary who managed the booking to the entire installation team was a very pleasant experience. Installation was done within 2 weeks of booking, the team arrived on time and worked in precision that the job was completed within 5 hours. They left the place in a tidy condition you wouldn’t notice that work was done. Operating the controller was explained thoroughly, answered any questions and concerns we raised and they did not leave the place without ensuring that all is working. We had our ducted air conditioning replaced by Globalrez and the process was perfect! Gary was a pleasure to deal with in determining what system was required and quoted an very reasonable and competitive price. Everything was transparent and communication was great. Installation by Tom, Nathan and the rest of the team was fantastic. The installation team consisted of about 7 guys, all of whom were hardworking, professional and courteous. Our old system was removed (including all ducting) and a new system was installed - all in one day! The old system and all rubbish was removed and our place was left spotless! We are now enjoying our new air con in the sweltering Aussie heat. Globalrez provides a platinum service and I can’t recommend them enough!
